Please check the physical integrity of the parcels, the integrity of the contents when you receive them from Sameday in the presence of the courier, and request the drawing up of a report on the findings if the products show signs of damage. The risk of damage to the products passes to the customer when they physically receive the products (according to Government Ordinance 34/2014, article 20). Any subsequent complaints about the reception of the product, in the absence of a joint report drawn up with the courier agent, are void. If you pick up a parcel from the easy box, please inform us by email (contact@dualstore.ro) on the day of pickup (current day). Please attach pictures of the packaging and the respective product. Subsequent complaints are void.
Parcels sent cash on delivery, for the purpose of refunding the money, will not be considered.
We do not accept parcels sent by post.

Any problem caused by the products and/or services presented on the website will be resolved amicably within 15 working days from the date of written notification of the issues by the USER.

DualStore.ro may cancel the order placed by the client following prior notification to the client, without any further obligation of either party towards the other, or without either party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
• refusal of the transaction by the client's card-issuing bank, in the case of online payment;
• invalidation of the transaction by the payment processor used by Dualstore, in the case of online payment;
• the data provided on the site by the client are incomplete and/or incorrect, and the client has not corrected this data in the account or has not contacted DualStore to correct them, in which case DualStore is unable to ship and/or provide the products and/or services from the order.
In the event of the cancellation of an online paid order, the amount will be refunded to the account within 1-7 working days (depending on each client's bank).
If a legal person has paid an advance for one or more products (the advance has been established in writing before the order), and no longer wishes that order, the legal person loses the paid advance.

We are not responsible for defects that appear later or during service procedures on products that have come into contact with liquids, those with traces of mechanical shock (cracked or shattered casing, cracked, shattered, or fissured display); these defects can be exacerbated due to service procedures (gluing or ungluing).
To have warranty on the repair of a product, the customer is obliged to accept the replacement of all parts and subassemblies from the service sheet after diagnosis. After repair and testing, under normal use, products with severe mechanical shock or contact with liquids may still develop some minor or major defects that cannot be detected (cracked motherboard, cracked transfer band, interrupted battery, etc.).
ATTENTION! Phones sent for warranty must not contain personal data or be password protected. Otherwise, the phone will be returned to the customer for compliant resending.
For accurate evaluation and diagnosis, it is absolutely mandatory to send the product together with the accessories received in the package.
Any product entering our service unit will be mandatory sanitized, sterilized, factory reset, and software updated (where possible).
This applies to products under warranty or out of warranty.
The responsibility for the management of any scooter/bicycle/electric car falls entirely on the user in accordance with the current legislation.
Any vehicle that has a speed of more than 25km/h requires a driving license.
If you want to limit scooters to 25km/h (if applicable), we can help you with limiting instructions from the software.
The minimum age for driving electric scooters and bicycles on public roads is 14 years.
Protective helmets are mandatory until 16 years old.

The fiscal invoice and warranty certificate are issued and sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of ordering. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that the invoice, warranty certificate, and user manual will be issued electronically.
According to the Road Traffic Code, no driver's license category AM is required for electric vehicles that can travel at speeds below 25 km/h, by law HG 3/2001 and OG no. 78/2000.
Undelivered parcels by the courier are returned to our headquarters. Parcels sent for service or return to the recipient that are not collected from the courier for any reason will be returned to us. To resend the parcel, it is necessary to pay the courier's round-trip fee. If the owner of the product(s) or the person authorized to collect the parcel does not claim it, it will remain at our headquarters for 6 months, after which it will be sent for disposal or valorization to recover previously communicated costs. Unclaimed bulky parcels (over 5kg) received at our headquarters or workplace, after 15 days, will be charged storage costs: 1 lei/kg/day. Parcels for which we have written confirmation by email that repair, diagnostic, or transportation fees are not desired will be stored at our headquarters or workplace. Bulky parcels (over 5 kg) will be charged 1 lei/kg/day. After 6 months, they will be sent for disposal or valorization to recover previously communicated costs.
