• The recommended temperature for using the device is 5-35°C. At temperatures outside this range, you may encounter issues with the functionality of the screen and touchscreen, signal or other anomalies, the battery may not function normally, discharging more quickly, and the phone may shut down even if it indicates that it is charged 40% - 60% - 80%.

• Do not use the product in very low or very high temperatures, or in humid or dusty environments. Also, do not leave the product in direct sunlight.

• Do not hit the product and avoid strong shocks.

• If you spill water or any other liquid on the surface of the product, you should immediately turn it off and wipe it with a soft cloth.

• Do not touch the charger, power cord, or outlet with wet hands. This can lead to electric shock.

• Do not disassemble the product or accessories and do not attempt to repair the product. Disassembling the product will void the warranty.
